Mike,

The problem with PLO is unlike LHE, preflop stats mean nothing. SO if you were in a full ring game of lhe, and a guy was playing half his hands, then there would be almost no chance he was a winning player. The same is not true in PLO. Winning players can have VIPs from 25 to 55%. You can only really judge a player by how he plays through the streets, which if you multitable, you often don't properly see.

www.bet-the-pot.com has some of the best Omaha material I know of online, while www.pokernews.com has a very good series of articles as well.
