This thread and numerous others in OOT describe how that forum is being improved. [/ QUOTE ] generally the best warning is a 2-day ban and then they get the clue. Worked reasonably well other places.

While I'd be fine with Yeti or FSU, I really don't think KKF or Flawless are generally mature enough to rate that kind of authority. While both post a # of worthwhile comments and clearly have technical ability, both make far too many juvenile insult posts to deserve that kind of power. And for any long term ban, I think it should DEFINITELY require more than 1 mod to do it.
