Sorry, topic should be : "Clerkmeister's rules".
I came across Clerkmeister's rules in recent ElDiablo post about limit holdem terminology. 1# and 14# was quoted there... I wonder if anybody remember 2# to 13#.

Oh man I hope more people see this.

FWIW, the Clarkmeister Rules is actually the title of a book no longer in print written by the esteemed 2+2 poster. Try searching Amazon.

Amazon doesn't sell it anymore. You'll have to search on Ebay.
