Obviously, "Training Montage" by Vince DiCola which appears in the "Rocky IV" Russian training montage must be mentioned.

"Running on Empty", "Against the Wind", "Go Your Own Way", and "It Keeps You Running" during Hanks' jogging marathon in Forrest Gump.
