Default nano-limit ATo on button

PokerStars 0.05/0.10 Hold'em (10 handed) internettexasholdem.com

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, 5 folds, Hero calls, 1 fold, BB checks.

This is one of those hands that Im not sure if raising pre-flop is correct after a few players have already limped in. I probably should have raised as my hand is probably best vs 2 limpers. KQo is another one that Im not sure about after a few limpers are in. Maybe I should be raising that one as well. Thanks for any thoughts.

Flop: (4.40 SB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero bets, BB calls, UTG calls, UTG+1 folds.

Turn: (3.70 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, UTG bets, Hero raises, BB folds, UTG 3-bets, Hero calls.

UTG is rated as a calling station using harv's rules. I decided after getting 3-bet that seeing the showdown was best and slowed down. I don't think a fold in this spot is good as you will see hands like A3o at showdown and wonder what was my opponent thinking.

River: (9.70 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 11.70 BB
