Individual trackers at party or not?

I have been in touch with several partyaffiliates lately and some of them claim that there is no individual tracking and some say there is? Who is telling the truth here? Does party allow some affiliates to have individual tracking and deny this to others? This party thing is driving me nuts.

yes and no. any new affiliate will not have indiv tracker stats for 90 days. also ive heard some affiliates who are caught giving rakeback will lose their stats.
