Probably a Little Proof that PE Is Banned
I ran a little experiment. I hadn't been warned by Party or Empire yet so I opened poker edge, didn't play at all, and didn't open poker tracker. within minutes I got e-mails from both about having prohibited software. so there's some proof that it's at least PE

From EP's T&C, it's clear that PE is illegal:

I'm freaking tired of reading everyone's ranting and raving on the issue, and would like to know what is and isnt prohibited so I can go about my day.
