Got to almost the End, Need Advice

I played the 15k tues night tonight on Empire, I did very very well (for me anyways) and got to the final two tables. I've never made it this far especially for this kinda money. When I realized that I wasn't sure how to go about it when we got short handed? I was about average stack, one guy had 150k of the 450k in play, but compared to the others I was about even. I was forcing things to happen, I dunno it really really sucked when I got called on a 33 by KJ stealing blinds, and got fried. Any way to avoid overplaying and getting anxious and forcing things to happen? By the way I busted out 12th (still have yet to make a final table)
