Going on a bankroll building mission

I'm in the same boat, I started on PP without knowing anything about building a bankroll through playing multiple sites. As such i got the initial deposit bonus and a reload bonus once...

Can someone explain how you get bonuses from the different PP skins? Also, to get more bonuses from PP do i have to withdraw everything and wait for a reload email to come through?

PokerRoom's initial deposit bonus is a standard 20% (is that standard?). I like playing there, very well-run. Soft enough games at .25/.50 and .50/1.

In terms of Pokertracker support, works well (hand posts from Converter are kinda not working now tho). GT+, the overlay onto the client is kinda weird--sometimes the values overlay on the wrong player.

The bonus at Absolute sucks or the games?? The games arent very soft but the bonus is clearing nicely.
