Adding an icon

I searched and found nothing I have some jpegs that are small enough for an icon. How do i add as they are not URL's. Do I upload the photo?

yeah just use a free site like http://www.theimagehosting.com/, upload the JPG, and they'll spit you out a URL to link to.

I am having problems linking my image. I use the paste function with copy from The Image Hosting but it will not show up here. I get an <font color="red"> x </font> instead. Suggestions?
