Ok so here is my take so far on the Theory of Poker. Nothing of importance in the preface and very little in chapter 1. So I am going to skip right to chapter 2.

Chapter 2 discusses hourly rate and expectation. While I understand how to calculate hourly rate at least in my case this is not important as I don't make a living playing poker and concentrate mainly on tournament play so your really can't use hourly rate. A more appropriate measure is tournament rate, how much you make per tournament buy-in dollars. I am looking forward to reading and discussing the upcoming chapters.
