Sklansky & Caro - Do they butt heads on any theory topics?
Does David Sklansky theory and Mike Caro theory ever conflict with each other on any certain topics. If so what are the topics and have they ever been debated/resolved?

They differ on table image. Caro values a LAG image for all the extra calls you will get. Slansky prefers a tight image because he is able to bluff more and get free cards more easily post flop. Slansky also reasons the chips you invest in a LAG image are too expensive of a price for advertising.
Slansky does make an interesting point that his image can be different depending on the action of the game, and he adjusts his play accordingly.

They are both top innovators of poker theory, I wonder if they ever bounce things off each other to try to figure things out, or if it's more of a competitive thing.

Caro on Pocket Aces
In pre-flop early position Caro is not a fan of raising AA in limit holdem. He says that it is a hand in which you desire a multiway pot. You should just call, he says.
