Just find a nice proxy server. I pay $5 a month for a proxy server that gives me an encrypted connection and has an anti-caching feature so nothing I browse is stored anywhere on my computer.

You can either go through forumserver.twoplustwo.com or you can use a proxy server.

I use www.megaproxy.com. I think it costs $10 for 3 months.

Two words, "Verizon Broadband". I have a laptop and my own internet when I want it. $80 a month, but it pays for itself many times over. I have yet to lose a connection when playing poker online with it.

I wouldn't use any proxies or other shortcuts that might be considered a flagrant violation. If forumserver.twoplustwo.com is unblocked, it is fair game.
