Bonus Question - Casino Rewards Program
Casino Rewards is offering a 40% bonus up to 400.00. I am assuming that it will require a 10X play to clear. Excuse the stupid question but is this a +EV situation? TIA

Re: Bonus Question - Casino Rewards Program
Just recieved an email from their support unit. The required play is 30X. It is amount of depo + bonus X 30. Playing 5.00 a hand this would equate to 8400 hands (1000+400x30/5). Sounds like an awful lot to get 400.

Re: Bonus Question - Casino Rewards Program
" The equation you must follow is (Amount deposited + bonus) x fifteen (15) for all games except Blackjack, Video Poker and Power Poker which require thirty (30) times turnover. Using the promotional bonus for no risk wagers or to wager on Roulette, Progressive Roulette, Sic Bo, Baccarat, or Craps does not fulfill your obligation with regard to the total amount wagered prior to withdrawal. Re: Bonus Question - Casino Rewards Program
Be careful that autoplay does not count toward the wagering requirement. I believe it is ok to turn on the hints on Jacks or Better video poker, which also has a low house advantage, but the variance is huge and it may be slower than blackjack.
If you try them, I recommend that you convert your CR points to money ASAP, since Casino Rewards is aggressive about identifying bonus abusers. One of the first steps they take is to prevent you from converting CR points to cash. |

Re: Bonus Question - Casino Rewards Program
playing 1k hands of blackjack with $2 bets is about a $192 EV I believe (with $200 bonus and $200 investment).
The smaller your bets, the less variance. I think 8400 hands has a decent chance of breaking you with $5 bets. But then again, smaller bets would take FOREVER. 30x wagering req. is never a good idea |

That clause appears to be gone from the terms and conditions at BJ Ballroom, and Casinomeister has taken them off the "Not Recommended" list. I'm curious. How did you notice this? Has anyone tried to clear the $42,000 WR by autoplay since then, and did CR do anything about it? |
