Nar, no-one folds a better hand here for a bet of half the pot. It's a nice blocking bet though and it will probably get called by some 2pr hands. nh.

The reason I like pushing the flop is because he'll check behind the turn a lot of the time. That's why a call is a lot better in position.

I adore lead-shoving flops but we're too deep for it here imo. If the board was two-tone I'd grunt and do it but I'm sure there are better lines on this board. Like most said, just calling and leading a blank turn is pretty good.

U are generous, I expected the river bet to get flamed.

anyways, it "worked". he folded. a better hand? doubtful. but possible on that board.

Theorically possible, but since the turn went check check he basically never had a better hand than you. Interesting hand though Stox, i'm a bit miffed about the best line, i think i would lead the turn for about 60% of the pot.

If you bet the river to fold out a better hand I think you need to re-examine your thought process in this hand.

you could certainly be more constructive.

How is it unreasonable to say that it is possible but doubtful that TT or JJ folds on a AKJTx 3 flush board?

It is not too unreasonable to claim that, but is unlikely that people fold for a half pot bet.

It is however unreasonable to believe that Villain could be holding either of these hands on the river.

Cause it never happens. Although Anrik is tight enough. I think you need to bet this turn.
