HU to rebluff or not?
HU of a regular stars $100+9 SnG. Opponent seems TAG an a bit too unimagintative but knows very well what he is doing. We have been playing a series of small pots, most of which I stole from him.
The minraise PF I made because he folded often enough to this raise. On the river it seemed OK to try and buy the pot. Then he raises me. I find it hard to put him on a hand he likes so I move in. Any thoughts about this move? thanks, Marnix PS is this the right forum or do the HU of sngs and HU sngs go into 1-table tournaments? Re: HU to rebluff or not?
You'd probably do better in the other forums, we usually focus on limit here.
But I really hate that river play. Maybe its some subtlety of NL I don't get since I play almost exclusively limit, but won't you get called by almost any hand he is capable of check-raising with? If I was going to make a move, I'd do it on the turn. But I think you're going to get smoked here. |

Re: HU to rebluff or not?
Not worth it. Bet the flop or turn if he folds easily. Check behind on the river. Fold the river when he raises.
