where does the bonus code go at AP now?

So I was going to deposit for their latest 20% to $200 bonus, and the text box for the bonus code IS GONE! In the cashier window where it asks for your neteller stuff, used to be there... has anyone else deposited lately? Where does the code go?

hmmm... Thanks. That's interesting, it appears to be only me. Maybe they don't like it if you never miss a bonus. I e-mailed them, but they didn't seem to understand my question.
