Default Listening to music at live tables

Have seen a few players with headhones on at my local B&M (small stakes tables). Was curious about other poster's opinions on this. Good idea, bad idea?

Not exactly B&M, but in an old home game we used to have there was a player who would start huffing and puffing (I mean really heavy breathing) every time he caught a monster..... Like he was doing some Karate Kid breathing to help calm himself... lol... I'll never forget it... Just thinking about this almost brings tears to my eyes!!! lol... at any rate.... with headphones.... your'e not going to pick up on stuff like that as easily... FWIW... Poker is a partial information game. The more information you have the better off you are. Unless music helps you concentrate, I would think headphones would be -EV.
