They'll give it to you even if you don't deposit. You have to email them for it though.

you have to deposit to withdraw.

so, you can run the $10 up to whatever you want (I cashed in an MTT for $212) but you can't take it out until you deposit, and I'm not sure the min amount.

you have to play 100 raked hands + deposit $20 in either order u want, and u dont have to email them for it, it shows up automatically within 24hrs, usually takes that long too....
