Default On the rivalry...

If Theo had been on the market a week ago, would the Yankees said goodbye to Cash-man and said Hello, Theo?

As a strategy did the broken down steriod slugger strategy of Tejada/Sosa/Palmerio work out very will this year?

[/ QUOTE ]
WTF? It is usually not a good idea to rely on broken down 37 and 41 year old players, whether or not you classify them as "steroid sluggers".

cancer redneck Jeff Kent on the same team with the insane Milton Bradley is a recipie for disaster and should have been avoided one way or the other

kent and bonds hated each other and those teams did pretty well.

[/ QUOTE ]

Say what you want about Barry, he's not nearly as insane as Milton was/is.

it would take a lot more money than boston was offering. he probably left boston because of lucchino, i really doubt he would want to deal with vader.

Epstein having a press conference at 1 PM Eastern time today, if anyone cares to listen. In the area, I'm sure EEI is carrying it, I know WBZ also is carrying it, and you can get in online at www.wbz.com
