This is a great resource you shouldn't neglect. I lost almost 40 pounds because of a free gym at my last job.

I'm the complete opposite. I need to add about 40 pounds. Well not 40, but another 15-20 would be good. And since I've stopped playing sports and kept smoking as my hobby, I need to start doing so physical activity other than just with the g/f.
