I think it's a steak, and they fry it, and I don't know what the chicken part means. Maybe the chicken does the actual frying.

The only thing I've seen at a sushi restaurant I'm not willing to try is natto. I'm fairly open-minded when it comes to food, just not quite enough for that. (Natto is a sticky, stringy blob of fermented soybeans. The smell brings to mind rotten peanut butter.)

I had this while on vacation in Okinawa...let's just say I'm sure it's an acquired taste (and I haven't made that acquisition).
