Default Re: Choice Poker: Should I be worried about my money?

[ QUOTE ]
Would anyone here who plays $100 and $200 buy-in tournaments play at choice if there was no fee?

[/ QUOTE ]

I doubt any of the regular $100/$200 tourney players will put a dime into Choice after this SNAFU.

Default Choice\'s wire transfer still hasn\'t arrived

It's Monday and still no money. My confidence in these guys is shrinking exponentially.

Did they ever have banners here?

My old PC has banners blocked, but this one shows no Choice banners, but does show all the others.

There is absolutely no chance that anyone here will play at Choice if their customers don't get paid very soon.

Choice Poker is here to stay.

You keep saying this, but we still haven't seen any money. It's been two weeks since my withdrawal now. It's getting harder and harder to believe they are here to stay with every day that goes by.

The beginning of the cashout fiasco coincided with all of Choice's banners on 2+2 and RGP going down.

Yeah, I'm writing it off today. No sense in dragging out the drama any longer. Since all I had at the end was what I won after a zero balance and the rake rebate, I guess I can't be to upset. It was just free money and several hours of time inevested at that point.

I really think Choice had good intentions though. They just couldn't get people to the site to take advantage of their better than average promotions. Rake rebate promo is a great idea for the average players, but that still couldn't draw people to a site with few tables going.

I think the only way a new site will get real players as opposed to prop players, is to just give all new signups 50 bucks before they deposit. Give away 50 grand to 1000 players to get the tables full. Then hope they like the place and stay. I can't think of any other way to get tables full.

One last comment: Dobrosoft poker software, I don't like it.
