Drink a lot of Green Tea. It really helps boost the metabolism and turns on the fat burners.

I know I would. Even if you do fail, you'll lose the weight trying to find a way to send everyone the money.

When I got my wisdom teeth pulled I lost 10 pounds in one week. I was not even close to overweight either seeing as I work out 5 days/week. If you don't eat anything and only drink protien shakes 5 times a day you are sure to lose a great amount of weight, it sucks though.

(I still want the money.)

good luck man...I used to wrestle and am familiar with quick weightloss plans...but definitely listen to those talking about water, cutting out soda, and exercise. the reading while eating advice is great too.
its going to suck for a while but you'll appreciate feeling good about yourself. i've put on some weight since those wrestling days and i think its about time to drop back down, so i'll join you in this endeavor...
