Fsmily Feud seems like a good idea, but the Aliens will have a whole year to study Human culture.
In addition, we are reasonably sure that no alien life exists within 1/2 light year of earth, so for the aliens to leave and return within a year they have mastered the technology to travel faster than light speed somehow. We have no idea what mental abilites they could have, including the ability to possible read our minds. the correct answer would be, as a few other suggestions a game where the first to act is guaranteed a win and turns are taken to start. This will result in a 50/50 score.

WE could play hide and seek with a eon time limit, we let the aliens hide, and we never go out to seek them.
