Uh, sorry, but not really. The Angels have clearly played a better game than the Yankees (through 8). Two key clutch hits with two outs, several good fielding plays. The Yankees have yet to come up with a key hit, and have given the Angels three runs with errors.
And now Leiter is facing Vlad? Uh-oh.

A good throw gets the runner. An error is the correct scorekeeping. [/ QUOTE ] that's a tough play - he's pretty much throwing it down the same path as the runner is going do they give an error for a fielder who is physically able to pull a homerun back but doesn't make the tough play?
