Why would anyone use the Neteller Debit Card

I love the Neteller ATM. If you are seriously concerned with $2 to $5 then don't get one. I tend to not use my bank account too much...cash in pocket...and I don't know why y'all are having problems, but I've withdrawn up to $1,300 from BofA at once multiple times with no problems.

That's a lot of $20's.
