I was playing 1 table for a good amount of time last night and it was happening frequently enough that I decided to quit. Connecting using a router from outside the USA.

I've been having these same problems for several days now and almost made a post on here myself. I have emailed Empire 3 times now on three separate days, and they haven't responded to any of my emails. Not even an auto-reply of any kind.

This has just started to happen to me quite a bit at Eurobet. One table will be perfectly fine, while the other gets connection messages.

Looks like it's not just me...

I keep all my HH windows open during play. If you see a red X on the left next to a hand number, just request that hand right in the HH window by clicking on the hand number and then using the e-mail choices below.

If I get the disconnect more that once, I just switch tables. Once I get four good ones it's usually fine for the rest of the session.

"We have forwarded your concerns to the department responsible for addressing them" - Eurobet customer service.

Just spent an hour requesting, receiving, importing to PT, etc. the 24 hands whose HHs were incomplete due to disconnects from a ~1200 hand stretch. So about 2% of all hands are lost to disconnections severe enough to foul the HH. Aaaaarrggghh!

A notepad is the only reliable way to keep track for tax purposes in my opinion. I use PT for reviewing hands and gathering opponent data.

As a record keeping device, the HH just are not reliable enough.

Just a thought, has anyone had any problems when playing just one table? I know that I've only had problems when playing 3 or more. I also havent had any problems when playing SnG's. Not sure if this holds true for everyone but I've noticed this over the last few days.

Same on Empire
1 out of 3-4 tables would go to "Establishing Connection"
Cable modem here

I sent the Empire VIP support group a fairly grouchy note late last night and linked to this thread. I mentioned that I was not comfortable playing Empire while this was going on. They replied this morning to apologize for the problem and assure me that the tech team was "looking in to the problem." They also promised me an update later. I hope this means they know they have a problem and will finally do something about it.
