Hi Chris,
I started an account at Intercasino, dropped in a Benjamen and got the $100 bonus. I called customer service twice and spoke to two different reps. They both contradicted what you wrote. They said if one loses $100 in the casino before meeting the wagering requirement for the bonus, thier deposit is lost and they may play with the bonus money, but cannot withdraw it until the WR is met. And they said the WR is 40x the bonus ($4000), not 25X as I believe was written by someone above.
