yeah, 1994 was for only 114 games.
Montreal was continually in the bottom 5 for attendance in the NL. 1994 could have been different if they had kept on winning. If that team had reached the playoffs, there is literally no telling what could have happened to that franchise. Case in point, the M's, which use to be the laughing stock of the AL. After 1995(their first year ever in the playoffs) their attendence skyrocketed. Seattle has never been lower than 5th in AL attendence since 1995. FYI, Montreal never made the playoffs in during their 35 year run. |
