Yes my Pokerstars account is at $0 right now, but tell me what you would have down with pocket Queens and a flop of Q,A,7 turn K, and river a 7??? No matter how you played it you would have gone bust after the flop when you faced a raise, the only move is all in, my opponent just happened to be blessed with AA [/ QUOTE ] I would start by not putting my entire bankroll in play. Maybe you should take the time to read some of those "money" threads that you are complaining about. |

This thread is pure gold. Seven months is a hell of a long time and I am sure players here had 100K+ in there first 7 months in cash games. I believe bicyclekick made a post talking about how he got started in poker...you might want to look that up.
Within 7 months of when I started I was just getting ready to move up to 10/20 6max for good in the next couple weeks. I was up around 20-25K at the 7 month point, and I didnt play that much. In the last 2 months I have played more then I did in my first 6 or 7 months. To say it is standard to be down after 7 months playing as much as you say you did is the sign of someone who is not capable of being a long term winner.Sorry. |

Let me know when you're going to Winstar next... I'll be there tuesday and I'll be playing in the 5/10... If you can't beat the game at Winstar, quit poker forever.
