has at least one card eight or higher

[/ QUOTE ]

no no no

PP's 8 or higher and 2 suited cards that can BOTH be used at the same time to make a str8 flush.

BOTH hole cards must be used to qualify

You can make quad 8s with your hole card as your kicker.

You call Pf with any hand that has at least one card eight or higher plus any two suited cards 3 gapped or smaller. Then nobody bets again in the hand unless you've made quad eights or better or a straight flush.

Right?

I haven't figured out how many hands that ought to be but it looks like not as many hands are being played as I would expect.

Im not playing of suit 8s or higher for it to hit the JP youd have to have 3 of your cards fall, and then runner runner str8 flush, and have your kicker play....the odds of all that happening are prolly in the tens of millions to 1

No no no. Hands like A2 and and 92 can't win, because if you hit 4 of a kind you still have to play both your whole cards to qualify

Well i didn't realize putting myself on a waiting list for another table took myself off this one.

I got a SF on a badbeat table earlier, but there was no possible way for any qualifying hand to be beat/won.

Hmm, you could have a board of AAA22 and you'd have a qualifying hand....course you couldn't have a straight flush on that board...

It seems to me you should play every hand that can possibly get there, can anybody figure out what hands that actually is?
