You know, with all the money you've made playing poker... why do you still live in Minnesota?

5 i have acheived - like clockwork i handed her the equivalent of my large full time salary every friday fortnight for 18 months before she said i could quit and when i did quit i handed her my neteller debit card to use at her convenience [/ QUOTE ] That is an interesting ploy. I don't want to go that route yet because it seems better to make $800 withdrawals and just feed her cash rather than letting her make 30 $5 purchases and rake up those ridculous Neteller usage fees. Have you found a way around that? It seems like seriously -EV to use it as a point of service card rather than just pulling cash out at 800 a pop and spending it that way. |

1) Get more sleep 3) Stop playing long losing sessions and short winning ones. [/ QUOTE ] And win a lot of money so that I can pay rents (dorm room, so pretty manageable) and food (I eat a LOT because of training) and on top of that have enough money for a sweet labtop. |

goals:
-5K hands (yeah that's really low, but I only played 2700 this month) -I'd like to stay at 10/20, but that's being results oriented. it kind of depends on how I run, though I finally have a roll where I feel comfortable trying to move up permanently. It's been a little slow going since ultimate frisbee and the training to go with it has taken up a lot of the time I would have played poker. not that I'm complaining mind you, it's just that I feel behind the curve. -don't surf 2+2 while I play -get a 10/20 coach -UPA club regionals is this weekend (ultimate frisbee), so winning that would be nice. |

3) Stop playing long losing sessions and short winning ones. [/ QUOTE ] This is one change I've recently made and am thankful I did. Too often I would stop after winning 50BB in 500 hands. |
