I wish I could have been there for the start.

Wife says at 5pm, 'You taking me out to dinner and a movie tonight?' I say, 'Sure, let's go, movie starts at 7:15'.

6:45 we pull out, me KNOWING I wasn't going to make it. I got to almost come-back, though... until that hand that thesharpie posted when I had KQs and was hoping for a miracle flop to quadruple up... but it didn't happen.

The table I finally busted off of, after about 3 re-seatings, had a guy sitting 2 or 3 spots left of me on a constant rant, "PS is rigged...2+2 is rigged...[player who just won from him] = fish...(repeat ad nauseam)..."

I guess he might've been trying to be funny, but wasn't.

I just hope that Billiam starts posting here. I don't mind that the tourney was won by a lurker, but I hope it means that he stops lurking and starts contributing. He obviously has some idea how to play poker.

hah. i thought billiam's post was shadow until i realized he could not possibly know about tecmo super bowl because he is 12.
