Default Re: Getting to the bottom of empire account closures

Does any significant MGR producing or VIP Empire player have the balls to send them an email asking if it's safe to keep funds there and ask why they are shutting down accounts?

Probably will get a no comment response but I'd be curious what they have to say.

I've read all the threads - it's pretty apparent they're going after Bonus Whores.

Maybe they will use the money they save to fix their VIP system.

Even if it is only bonus whores, if they are truly closing accounts and keeping the funds, that is a going a little too far. The seizing of funds is what concerns me.

Agreed.

I refuse to play at Empire until some explanation for these account closures, and in some cases seizing of funds is given.

I have a suspiscion the poster from BW did not have more than $1 in there as he was rather vague about the money in his account.

It would be odd for one out of all these people to be the only one to lose money.

I'm trying to recover a 5 figure amount from empire. I have accounts at party, empire, and eurobet.

I have withdrawn all money from all, except the pending Empire amount. I'm troubled. I do bonuses when they come, but they are a minuscule proportion of my wins + rakeback.

I've been told that my cashout from Empire is pending investigations and that they reserve the right to seize my funds. It's not looking good.

I do not want to say what my account balance was but for me it is a signifigant amount of money and represents many hours of time spent to make extra money for my household.
