As a tax attorney and a poker player, I had a thoughtful response. However, this all became silly political unfounded (dumb ass) talk.

I have an idea- keep the political talk to the "politics" forum. If you can't then just don't even answer the post.

I should be getting about $6k in rakeback this year. Is that considered taxable income or a refund of fees I already payed and not taxable? Do I need to account for it seperately?

I'd really like a serious answer to this. I'd hate to get penalized for an oversight.
