Too much attention surrounding steroids this year in the media for him to take that chance. Why did I bring that up? Because Giambi and others "presume" to stop taking steroids, they lose weight and suck at the plate early in the year. They all blame it on the fact these people stop taking steroids. Now Bonds comes back and does the opposite. He smacks the hell out of the ball. It's completely opposite everyone else who is "presumed" guilty. Again, there is no way he would chance taking steroids this year. No way period! Yet, he comes back and continues to put up numbers. You people can't have it both ways. You guys who hate will continue to make stuff up to make him look bad. Instead, you should sit back and enjoy watching one of the top players in baseball history. To each their own I guess. you made one real point. you think bonds is a douche. i cant stand allen iverson, but i respect his game a lot. i cant stand terrell owens, but i respect his game a lot. whether he is a douche or not has no correlation with his actual skill. i dont care if he used sterroids, he is EASILY the best baseball player ive ever seen. EASILY. i enjoy every time i get to see him play, you should too. i dont know that i will ever see a player as good as bonds again in my lifetime.
