I didn't say you did. But in order to have law, we need lawmakers.
To answer your previous questions: tyranny under a state is just as bad as tyranny under a war lord. That is obvious. As for warlords. They can make money any way they choose, legally or illegally. But they only become warlords once they have enough power. It is that end we are concerned with, not their means to attaining that status. Once they become a warlord, then we are concerned about their means of maintaining and increasing power. |
