i was just asked this by someone else and my OPINION is to hold.

i have 200 that i got REALLY cheap and i am not selling any of them.

i think he will hold value or increase some next week. if he flops, i still think he will hold the value for 2-3 weeks so we can sell then.

I dont see how you're going to sell your 200 though, don't they go down as soon as you sell 10?

market is plenty deep now.

every week goes by and it gets deeper. if i were to sell all these now, i would probably get 33%/33%/33% partial fills with a one point loss between levels. i could probably move the sell down to 5 if i tried it now. maybe not, maybe 50%/50%.

lot's of money in there now and much of it has gone into constantine's pool lately

Granny, could you give us a rough estimate on how much $$ you put into the idol futures and how much you could stand to make on all of this.....I'm sure the enjoyment of it all is worth it to you, and it seems rather fun if I was interested in this sort of thing, however it would nice to be able to put a dollar ammount on it.

my 200 bo = 20k if he wins. total bo cost was $3400


edit: 2 rockers top 2 would be best case scenario and net me the 30k. that's best case scenario.

however, i could also end up liquidating every position before it is top three and have *nothing* riding on the final outcome.
