Bart, Why are you surprised when anyone calls a raise or re-raise from Dr.BB?? Unless BB has KK/AA, it's very easy to push him off a hand.

For example yosh's call with K8s is not that bad because he can play it like if he had AK (meaning that if the flop is A high or K high, BB is very likely to fold his QQ).

And why are you surprised that yosh Check/called the flop and turn?? Why would you raise?

You're getting every hand that you beat to fold.
Every hand that you lose to calls.
And you're getting a call from a split.

So it's -EV to raise.

The bet on the river is perfect.

Yosh could not have played his hand better.

I'm happy to say the 5/10NL @ the East chicago casinos has allowed me to move up limits comfortably.

Nice job Surf. Apparently I need to move down in limits after last night at the Borg - oh wait! I was playing the lowest limits!!! Just a horrific 5 hour session. Everything went wrong - guess losing 26 bb's isn't that bad.

Thanks for the tip. Do they post a schedule anywhere? I'm on the site, but the "schedule" link looks like it only shows a general list of what happens on which days, but no mention of specific limits etc.

The only definite shows are the "Whale Game" on Wednesdays 10/20 NL on Fridays. They've wanted to do limit on Mondays, but it hasn't come off yet.
