I was trying to deal with live support through chat on Doylesroom one time.
The guy was being purposely obtuse when I was trying to explain something to him. I finally told him to stop being an ass, that a customer had a problem and was trying to work with him to resolve it, Funny thing is, it worked. I did apologize later too. Felt bad as soon as I typed it in.
