do you see why capping preflop might be better, here?
side note: i think i understand, but i think it's probably bad, that it's become so in vogue to just call the 3-bet when headsup so frequently when holding AK against unknowns at low limits. |

Bet that crap turn card and if you get raised again just call it down. See what he's willing to go to the mat with, make notes, then play accordingly. Its $2/$4 not $40/$80. Your average opponent probably isn't thinking on some of these levels that are suggested... |

I think we are overanalyzing the situation here. i think we are missing bets with this check/call business on the flop, and I think we are spewing by cappin the turn. A bet on the flop might elicit a fold. But I don't think so. You can B/C the flop, then C/R on the turn would tell us a bit more about villains hand without getting it 4-bet. The river is still good.
