Nothing like good old talking points.

how is bringing up an ongoing concern that the administration said they would address and have not a "talking point"? wouldnt you say that asking that we support our troops and "not politicize" his insanely politicially biased statement is much much stupider and hilarious in my mind.

Anybody with half a brain knows deep down there is a difference, despite what they may say in the public forum.

There's no difference.

I highly doubt either you or fishhooks could convincingly explain yourself on this matter. Tell me how someone could never be both: a) a vocal critic of the war in Iraq (read: supports fight against terror!) and an advocate of perhaps a timetable for withdraw, but b) holds a strong support and respect for all our armed forces (which is likely the reason for "a"). Go on, let's hear it.

However, a useless, ignorant one-liner would give me just as much satisfaction and convince me of my position.

and just show our appreciation of the courage and willingness of our soldiers to do the work for freedom that needs to be done from time to time.

Seems pretty obvious how it's political to me.

How is that political? If your wife told you, " you really need to start taking the garbage out" would you say that is political?

Compare the original post with my version of what it could have said (in one of my other posts in this thread). All OP had to do was call for support of our troops and their courage and dedication in harm's way.

Is it so hard for you to just say you support the damn troops on the 9/11, thats what the post was about. All the libs do is whine, whine, whine...whats new.
