I've asked that same question many times. My guess is the person doing it is a 15 year old loser who enjoys being a nuisance and getting attention. It's the same motivation that drives a troll.

That's definitely not what's happening here. There are too many bumpings for it to be anything other than the work of a pissed off individual looking to clutter the forums. My guess is that it is somebody that [censored] banned recently.
