I toured the Sweetwater brewery in Atlanta a few years ago....lol, basically a big garage with a few vats and a little bottling line...only operates 2 days a week if I remember right...they even ask you to help them put the bottles in the 6 pack holders..

Not exactly beer (it's a cider), but it's great stuff. It has a lot more spice than "normal" hard cider.

no.. it's not a cider at all.. it's a ALE
ephemere

Apple - Éphémère is a beer on lees with a light yellow to jade colour and is part of an exotic collection of refined beers that may be drunk as an aperitif or with dessert.

Anyways my three favorite beers are heiniken, budweiser, and coors light.

[/ QUOTE ]

These three beers shouldn't be classed together like this. I like Newcastle, Sierra Nevada, and/or Hefeweizen.

Heiniken and Corona's w/ lime are good enough though.

the answer is guinness.

i really, really dislike people who order it in the US (its awful), and who think it's really good but have no idea what they're talking about. it doesn't taste very good to most people the first few times they have it, most people lie though. It is an acquired taste, IMO. I didn't like it at first but kept drinking it and now I think it is the best ever.

What makes it even better is that since I live in NY I can only drink it right every once in a while... and when I do it is golden, as opposed to drinking it every weekend (or 5/7 days...), which I would if I lived in Ireland.

that's like saying your 3 favorite NBA players of all time are Joe Klein, Manute Bol, and Shawn Bradley. I feel sorry for you.

that being said, Guinness, but i'm a bit of a traditionalist.

Lol. Good one ... I primarily like heiniken. I obviously need to try a lot more beers before I come to a "true" favorite.
