What do you guys do with KK here?

personally I still call..you're only really worried about the guy who has you covered, and he could easily have a lower PP.

Getting about 4-1 pot odds, I would call against loose gambling type players. Still a good chance we have the best hand, and the pot odds compensate us when we don't. So 4-1 pot odds is probably enough for us to gamble there given all the possibilities.

Against tighter players I would fold. Much higher possibility of being against aces, which means we would need about 5-1 pot odds. But another king is also highly likely to be out there, which really drops our win % down to the 10% mark or so, so the pot odds are unlikely to ever be there.

Nope my KK would've lost to J2x who was allin in his BB. I was on the button and didn't need to play another hand to win a seat. QQ who pushed before me wasn't so lucky and busted in 26th and got nothing.

A satellite would be the only spot I would fold this hand.

Do you need to Mirandize someone for folding Aces preflop? I think in doing that, they automatically forfeit any and all Constitutional rights...
