To: SeaEagle and TryingHard

What sites do you play and what are your handles?

I have a suggestion for each of you.

SeaEagle - look up the definition of the word "dominated."

Tryinghard - look up the word "Tight-passive."

So you both know, both of these words are big No-Nos on 2+2.

Have a good one!

I haven't worked my way down the thread yet. But this is one of the worst played, along with the thinking behind the play (on each street) that I've seen in a long time.

Im sure others will elaborate. Especially on the preflop part.

But this was truely the loosest game ever another thing you PRO's forgot is the whole MIXING your game up??

[/ QUOTE ]

One thing you don't realize, obviously, is when you are getting alot of action on your hands, you don't NEED to mix your game up. That is one of the main reasons TO mix your game up.

Sheesh, I guess the wasn't sufficient. Next time I'll include sarcasm tags.

I just read through this whole thread, and I have to say...i think my hand reading skills must be improving. From reading everytime OP posted...I immediately knew what the responses were gonna be. Maybe this can work into my poker game...

You've got to raise KK preflop, period. KK is far too strong not to. Yes, you will lose with it, (alot of times it might seem) but the extra $ you put in and win with it will make up for the times it doesn't. Don't look at this hand as a "great laydown" - it wasn't, look upon it as a missed opportunity.

this was a gem from his site here's their plans on moving up the limits

Game Buyin BankRoll Move to Next Limit/100 BB Move Down A Limit/Losing 25 BB
$1-$2 $100 $300 $400 n/a if you lose $300 its over
$2-$4 $200 $400 $800 $300
$3-$6 $300 $800 $1400 $650
$5-$10 $500 $1400 $2400 $1150
$10-$20 $1000 $2400 $4400 $2150
$15-$30 $1500 $4400 $7400 $3600 ***
$20-$40 $1500 $4400 $8400 $3400 ***
$30-$60 $3000 $7400 $13400 $5900

so they plan on being BR'd with less than 150BB

$30-$60 This is where we stop our challenge with a bankroll of $13400 an average pot $280 we can take down 1 pot a day making us $1960 a week. Obviously if someone had the money to just buy straight into this limit they would:

more gems, guess they haven't heard of downswings
