Yes, and it's been absurdly terrible lately. Usually just one table has a problem, sometimes two (I 4-table currently) and it's definitely happening to others at the table as when I regain connection, almost everyone is sitting out.

Same here. Their tech people have to know this is happening. Maybe they just aren't talking to the people who talk to us.

It is ridiculous at this point. I play two tables for an hour and get 10 - 15 disconnects, usually on one table only. Several players report the same in chat; and I too have come back from a disconnect and 3 or 4 of the 6 players at the table are sitting out.

I hope you all are sending firm (but polite) emails to CS and Tech Services that your playing time at Party, Euro, Empire, whatever will be curtailed if the problems are not soon corrected -- I can't imagine that they aren't aware of the problem and working on it, but in the unlikely event that they are not aware of the regularity and severity of the problem . . . complain!

Add my voice to the choir -- played for a little over an hour on Empire today, and one table was constantly disconnecting (while three others were fine). When I came back at one point, seven of the other people at the table were sitting out due to connection problems. That's about when I stood up from that table.

P.S. I'm using a cable modem with a router and have had zero problems over the past year.

[/ QUOTE ] I'm cable with a router too.

I doubt this is it, but is anyone getting screwed up that isn't using a router?

I spoke to them about this about a month ago. It would happen every 3-4 hours for me at that time, just after the release back then.

Party suggested I capture the screens at the time it occurs, note the hand number, etc. I did all that and emailed it to them and then called.

I spoke at length to Party and they would not even consider that it could be on their end. They did no investigation, claiming that "no one else" was reporting similar problems and that as each table establishes its own connection to party servers, I should talk to my ISP. Yeah, right.

[/ QUOTE ]

This is getting really stupid. It's been happening to me every day for the last few days. It's always on 1 table of the 4 that I play. I've also lost a big hand while the table got disconnected.
I emailed eurobet asking them what's wrong.
Basically my email went like this....
"why is one table always getting disconnected? while all my other tables are fine. This has been happening a lot the last few days. I know lots of people who have the same problem so I know it's not on my end. Any ideas when this will be fixed? Thanks.."

Their response to me was..."please specify your problem"

WTF? they won't even acknowledge that there is something wrong on their end. Am I not making things clear in my email?

Glad I found this thread....was wondering if it was my DSL. But since I've never had a bit of problem with my internet connection, it seemed unlikely.

I did notice that my disconnects stopped when I closed down GT+ (I play 1 or 2 tables.) I am hoping that is merely coincidental, and not indicative of new probing software on their end that is glitching the system as it searches our computers for unacceptable programs. So far, GT+ use appears to be OK. But if they have installed new probing software, it could glitch anyone running another program with their tables.

(Apologies if I've used incorrect computer terms....not real literate in that area)
