nah, not a boat guy. I prefer to fish alone and mobile. san mateo beaches for the halibut option, the rocks just north of hmb for the rock cod and the brisbane tubes area (south of candlestick on 101) for the stripers.

I miss going out on the old pier in San Mateo. I've got two lanterns off the side of that pier...good times, good times [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I was going to tube in McCovery Cove this year during a game and have been meaning to for years (have not seen a tuber out there yet, wanted to be the first), but it hasn't happened yet...

I'm more a Sierra's stream or back country lake speed myself. 1 charter out of HMB and 1 skim (yes a skim) out of Aptos...sick both times. I can't do boats [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
