Valid point, thats what I get for reading these things quickly when I'm supposed to be "working". Anyways, I think the turn is an easy check since it would be terrible getting check-raised with that kind of a draw.

If villain is a thinker, he may know that hero knows that villain could be on a steal, and thus is representing a stronger holding.
